Can I return or exchange my order?
  1. Each BloomAura piece is handcrafted and one of a kind. We currently do not accept returns, but exchanges are available within 7 days if your item arrives damaged or under reasonable circumstances.

For pierced ear accessories (earrings) — due to UK health and hygiene regulations, they cannot be returned or exchanged once unsealed or worn. This follows Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exempts sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days and provide:

  • An unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened for the first time, and
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging.

This helps us verify the issue with the courier and ensure a fair resolution as quickly as possible.

Earrings and personalized or custom-made items are non-exchangeable unless faulty.

Do you offer after-sales repair services?

Yes. We especially offer that every piece includes 1 months of free repair service.
Members enjoy 6 months of free repair.
After this period, repairs are available for a service fee.

What are the shipping fees and delivery times?

UK Orders: Free shipping for orders over £50; £3.99 for orders below £50. Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

International Orders: Free shipping for orders over £100; £15 for orders below £100.

Processing Time: Standard items ship within 1 week; custom-made pieces take 1–2 months.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Please store your jewelry in the provided anti-oxidation bag, keep it dry and away from sunlight, and avoid strong pressure or bending.
If slight damage occurs, you can contact us for a repair service.
